Coaching with me
In coaching, the sessions are for you and as such, you decide:
What we are here for.
Where we want to end up.
My role is to help you to find greater self-awareness, renewed energy and motivation, and a better sense of purpose. I do this by creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space, bringing meaningful questions, and providing gentle accountability. Helping you to bring out all the brilliance, power, and clarity that is already inside of you.
In a series of 1:1 coaching sessions, meetings are 60 minutes long, held virtually, via phone or in person and come in sets of 6 (depending on your needs and goals).
What happens in a coaching session?
We check in, we agree on the outcomes you want to achieve for the session. I ask questions and I listen. I help you to consider your options and next steps. At the end of our time together we save space for your reflections on the session, actions, insights, and next steps, and then we check out.
A one-off coaching session:
Sometimes you just need to work through a particular challenge or a little boost to get back on the right track. You might need help with a particular objective, regaining focus, clearing your thoughts or a gentle push to make the changes and the progress you want to make. If this is where you are right now, a ‘One-Off Coaching Session‘ is just what will help you on your way.
